At Me & Maa Cuddles, we aim to deliver happiness, one cuddle at a time. Our shipping process is designed to be smooth, transparent, and baby-safe — just like our products!

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are processed on all days except Sundays and public holidays.

  • Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard Delivery (India): 4–6 business days.

  • We currently ship only within India.

Note: Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Partner

We ship through Shiprocket courier services, which help us deliver your orders safely and efficiently across India.

4. Shipping Charges & Payment Offers

  • Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders.

  • Prepaid Orders: Enjoy an additional 5% discount on prepaid payments.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at an additional charge of ₹150 per order.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.

  • You can also check your order status through your account or by contacting us on WhatsApp or Instagram DM.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your delivery details, including your complete address and contact number, are correct.

  • We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • In case of missed delivery attempts, our courier partners usually make 2–3 additional delivery attempts before returning the package to the sender.

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.
